This was run on Saturday 4th June 2016 and it was a fine day with good to soft going. The winner was bred by HH Aga Khan IV Studs and trained by Dermot Weld. The favourite was US Army Ranger, whilst the second favourite was Wings of Desire. There were 16 runners. The winner won by 1 1/2 lengths, with 1 1/4 lengths between second and third.
