BRIXTON GREYHOUND STADIUM

The independent greyhound track (independent of the NGRC) in the Brixton area of London was situated at 0° 6' W 51° 28' N and first opened for business on 10th August 1932. Brixton was run by the rivals of the NGRC the BGTCS. It not only had the traditional oval course but also had a straight course for sprints.

It continued to race as an independent track until closing its gates in 1939.
